Key Responsibilities

• Student Counseling: Guide and counsel prospective students through our range of courses, helping them understand options and choose suitable programs based on their career objectives.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up on inquiries from various channels, including online platforms, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets through proactive engagement with potential students.
• Relationship Building: Establish long-term relationships with potential students, parents, and stakeholders to build a strong referral network.
• Promotional Activities: Participate in webinars, workshops, and other promotional events to reach a broader audience and generate interest in BIITS courses.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and student interactions in CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and a structured sales approach.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, tele-counseling, or admission counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasive abilities, and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital platforms for outreach and record-keeping.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role, with competitive commissions paid per successful admission. High-performing counselors have the potential to earn significant income based on the number of enrollments achieved.
