Job Overview:

The District Coordinator at BIITS is responsible for managing and overseeing the educational outreach and career counseling services in their assigned district. This role involves coordinating with local teams, institutions, and stakeholders to promote BIITS’s programs and services. The position requires leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • District Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for BIITS in the district, ensuring smooth operations and implementation of educational and career services.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives, Telesales Executives, and counselors to achieve district-specific targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to promote BIITS’s educational programs (courses, certifications, and career counseling) within the district.
  • Collaboration with Institutions: Build and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, coaching centers, Gram Panchayats, and educational institutions to facilitate partnerships and drive student enrollments.
  • Seminar Coordination: Organize and oversee educational seminars, workshops, and counseling sessions in collaboration with institutions, local governing bodies, and community leaders.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly district targets for student admissions, course enrollments, and partnerships.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to raise awareness of BIITS’s offerings and benefits, tailoring outreach efforts to district needs and demographics.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular reports on district performance, sales numbers, and operational challenges. Collect feedback from students, partners, and institutions to improve service delivery.
  • Problem Solving: Address any challenges in operations, student enrollments, or team performance, ensuring that goals are consistently met.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations are carried out in compliance with local regulations and BIITS’s standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field. Educational qualifications in business, management, or education would be preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, district coordination, or educational administration.
    • Experience in team management and fieldwork is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities efficiently.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational goals.
    • Proficient in MS Office and report generation tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of the regional language being an asset.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the district for fieldwork, meetings, and seminars.
