Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Overview:

As a Field Sales Executive at BIITS, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the educational programs and services offered by BIITS across Rajasthan. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, develop relationships with potential clients (students, institutions, and other stakeholders), and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, including schools, colleges, educational institutions, and individual students, who may benefit from BIITS’s educational and career counseling services.
  • Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling presentations on BIITS’s courses, programs, and services to drive enrollments.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
  • On-field Promotion: Visit potential clients in person to promote BIITS’s courses and services.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback, and report to the management.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th pass.
  • Experience: Previous experience in field sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Basic understanding of the education sector will be an added advantage.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan for client meetings and fieldwork.
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of the local dialect is an added advantage.
