  • Failure to Access Course Material: If students face technical difficulties accessing online courses due to issues from our end, they may be eligible for a refund, provided they notify BIITS within 2 days of enrolling in the course.

  • Special Cases: Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in special circumstances such as medical emergencies, provided valid proof is submitted.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for services or courses once availed or accessed in part or full by the student unless specified in a separate agreement.

All refund requests must be made in writing through our official communication channels. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 60 days and credited back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

  1. Change of Mind
    Once you have enrolled in a course or purchased any educational product from BIITS, refunds will not be processed if you change your mind or decide the course is not suitable for you after the enrollment is completed.

  2. Partial Course Completion
    If you have accessed or completed part of the course, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the program.

  3. Failure to Attend/Participate
    Refunds will not be given if you fail to attend classes, participate in online sessions, or engage with the study materials provided, as it is the responsibility of the student to meet the course requirements.

  4. Non-Compliance with Terms
    Any breach of BIITS’ terms and conditions, such as misuse of educational resources, sharing of login details, or academic dishonesty, will result in disqualification from the program without any eligibility for refunds.

  5. Course Expiry
    No refund will be provided if the course access period expires, and you have not utilized the services or completed the program within the designated time frame.

  6. Technical Issues Not Reported
    If you face any technical difficulties accessing our courses or materials and fail to report them to our support team within the specified time, no refund will be given.

  7. Force Majeure
    Refunds will not be processed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, changes in government regulations, or global pandemics.
